Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@palmerri.com

Processing time may vary for each product due to pattern complexity, and details of customers' request (e.g quality of image sent, spelling, special characters, incomplete personalized information...)
